மதுரையில் அமையவுள்ள கலைஞர் நினைவு நூலகம் மற்றும் சென்னை அண்ணா நூற்றாண்டு நூலகம் ஆகியவற்றிற்குத் தேவையான நூல்கள்/ மின் நூல்கள் கொள்முதல் செய்யும் பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. கலைஞர் நூற்றாண்டு நூலகமானது அடித்தளம் மற்றும் தரைத்தளம் முதல் ஆறு தளங்களுடன் தமிழ், ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் பிற மொழி நூல்களும், அறிவியல், மருத்துவம், கணிணி அறிவியல், தொழில்நுட்பம், வரலாறு உட்பட அனைத்து பாடங்களிலும் புகழ்பெற்ற நூல்கள் அமையப்பெறும். இந்நூலகமானது வாசகர்களுக்கு நூல்களை இரவல் வழங்கும் நூலகமாகவும், குறிப்புதவி நூலகமாகவும் செயல்படும். மேலும், குழந்தைகள் முதல் பெரியவர்கள் வரையிலான அனைத்து மக்களும் பயன்படுத்தும் வகையில் நூல்கள், நூலகச் சேவைகள் மற்றும் வசதிகள் வழங்கப்படும். இந்நூலகங்களுக்கான நூல்கள் கொள்முதல் செய்வது தொடர்பாக, புத்தக வெளியீட்டாளர்கள் மற்றும் விற்பனையாளர்களிடமிருந்து கருத்துருக்கள் வரவேற்கப்படுகின்றன. கருத்துருவினை, உரிய படிவத்தில் மாதிரி படியுடன் (Specimen Copy) முதன்மை நூலகர் மற்றும் தகவல் அலுவலர், அண்ணா நூற்றாண்டு நூலகம், சென்னை -600085 என்ற முகவரிக்கு 09.12.2022 பிற்பகல் 5.00 மணிக்குள் வழங்க வேண்டும்.
அண்ணா நூற்றாண்டு நூலகத்தின் இணையதளத்தில் (www.annacentenarylibrary.org) வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள Form-A மற்றும் Form-B ஆகியவற்றை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து கொள்ளவும். Form-A -இல் பதிப்பாளர் / விநியோகஸ்தர் பற்றிய சுய விபரங்களையும் மற்றும் Form-B -இல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள மாதிரிப் படிவத்தின் படி புத்தகப் பட்டியலையும், Unicode Font இல், MS Excel வடிவில் தயார் செய்து, மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட காலவரையறைக்குள் kclbookselection@gmail.com என்ற மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிக்கும், இரு படிவங்களின் அச்சுப் பிரதிகளை (Printed Copies) கீழ்க்கண்ட முகவரிக்கு நேரிலோ , தபாலிலோ அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

Book procurement to Kalaignar Memorial Library and Anna Centenary Library
Public Notice
Procurement of books/e-books for the Kalaignar Memorial Library, Madurai and Anna Centenary Library, Chennai has been initiated. The Kalaignar Memorial Library, with ground floor and six floors, will be housed with books in Tamil, English and other languages as well as popular books in all subjects including Science, Medicine, Computer science, Technology and History. This library will provide its service as a lending library and reference library. The books, services and facilities of the library will be provided for the use of all kinds of readers.
Regarding the procurement of books for these libraries, proposals from publishers or distributors or booksellers are invited in the prescribed format along with a specimen copy of the book (s) at the office of the Chief Librarian, Anna Centenary Library, Kotturpuram, Chennai-600085 upto 5.00 P.M on 09.12.2022. Moreover, soft copy of the list of books in Unicode Font in the format provided at Anna Centenary Library’s website (www.annacentenarylibrary.org) should be sent to kclbookselection@gmail.com in Microsoft Excel file.
Form-A and Form-B should be downloaded from Anna Centenary Library website (www.annacentenarylibrary.org). Form-A contains format to fill up details of publisher/distributor. Form-B contains format to prepare book list. Both forms should be filled up in Unicode Font in MS Excel format and forwarded to kclbookselection@gmail.com . The hard copies of the both forms should be sent in person or by post to the following address. Both forms and specimen copies of the books should be submitted within the above stated deadline.
